Build a Website for me

1. Produce a robust platform -Write clean, modular, robust code to implement my requirements. Produce a fresh, modern look. You need to have great web design and developer skills. 2. I require a Web Developer & Designer to create my website from scratch, to include modern design, platform, code, 10 expert profiles and logins and admin login. Further details of your Job Description, are in attachments I can provide you with so you will have a very clear guideline of what I require, down to the layout, and steps involved on all pages. 3. My domain is with Hostgator, www.unlockanswers.com. I plan to purchase a business web hosting package. I may need your guidance to get this up and running. 4. The website will advertise, 10 Experts (see the following attachments for details) which will include: -Coaches: 1. Health, 2. Career, 3. Life, 4. Budget -Mentors: 5. Business, 6. Marketing, 7. Sales -Therapists: 8. Psychologist, 9. Counselor -Other Experts: 10. Dream Interpreter 5. Create all 10 expert login's and 1 admin login (for myself) Please understand that I do not have all 10 experts yet so I will need you to setup the profiles but disable and hide their profiles and services on the website, so a customer cannot view or use and pay for their services until the time I have the experts & then each profile can be activated by the admin login to be visible on the website and for their profile & services to be active. I need the admin login to be able to view, add, delete and amend all things possible on the website. I will need more expert profiles added by the admin login at a later date so, please allow for this, and for the admin login to be able to add more expert profiles to the sub-categories on the website, and can edit the four category names if required ie. (Therapy/Coaches/Mentors/Other Experts) 6. Create the services and steps that the 10 experts provide, - services include: [login to view URL] live [login to view URL] call [login to view URL] and Expert, Unlock Answers ASAP! 4. Video call pre-booking services (please see my attachments for details) 7. Set-up an alert at the end of a chat live or video call, which provides the customer with an opportunity to pay to extend their time with their expert at a discounted rate of 20% off, and the customer can provide feedback and rate the expert from either 1-5 stars. I would be notified if a expert received a bad rating of 1 or 2 stars to my admin login. A rating of 3-5 stars will be added to the expert's 'Satisfied Total' 8-The homepage, would look similar to the screenshot design I will provide you with, to include my specifications and this website: [login to view URL] The expert profiles design would look similar to: 1. Minor colors (use little of) Red Id like some kind of nature image in the background- clouds or ocean or other I need an audio track of my choice on replay & can be muted. 10. Apply my business logo to the website (already designed, to all places I have specified in my attachments. 11. I need the admin login, to be able to upload 3 types of terms and conditions to various places on the website- see the following attachments for details of where. -1. Terms & Conditions -2. Privacy & Security Policy -3. Competition Terms & Conditions 12. I will require you to sign a Consultant Contract before commencing work. 13. Please setup the website to be accessible via laptop /pc/ mobile / tablet. 14. Provide a secure gateway for payment on the website, via all major credit cards (Visa/ MasterCard /American Express /Paypal. -The vendor will provide fast transaction of funds to myself.
