Build a Website With Login + Page Restriction View

Hi, need a simple website to post specific job done for each specific customer. In brief, imagine I have customer A that hire me to make a specific job and I would like to report the job done online through a secure login to the customer A and report the step-by-step for the job till its done. The same for customer B but, customer A cannot see the pages customer B sees, and so on. The website needs: 1. A index page with basic wording and login + password; 2. Admin page, since I will create myself the customer login and password; 3. Page creation tool + html WYSIWYG bar to edit text, insert image gallery and be able to add pdf file attachment. You can use any free WYSIWYG tool available in internet; the only thing is required is that the users do not see each others pages. In order to be awarded, I'll require you have such website ready and send me the link for testing; once tested and ok, you'll get paid.
