MAX Budget- 180$ Hello i want to create a Social + Sale network for chatting, blogging, selling(Normal and auction) so here is give you a few features that i want to be included on this website. *Moving background something in this style [login to view URL] and i can change it from adminpanel incase on christmas i want it to be trees and stuff like that. *High security on register and login with email confirmation, and users MUST fill all information about them selves on the registeration like Avatar, real name and things, here in sweden most of the websites asks for personal swedish number, it can be like 930525-7641 and when you type it and confirm it brings all of information from the goverment database about a person and save it, kinda like facebook integration. *And ofcouse integration with facebook, twitter, google+ and the normal register/login forms. *Menu panel should be 1 icon in the middle of the page top when you click on it, it shoots out more icon(Pages) from both sides something in this style [login to view URL] in this case its [login to view URL] for the logo and then you click on it 4 icons from the right after eachother they shoot out and 4 from left the same. and after a few second when not using the menu it draw the icons in, *Vip system: a user should be able to have Gif/png images(Animated images that can be triggered by adminpanel on and off, when its off it stops moving and becomes a normal image), change profile page font style, background image, background soundtrack and wapper colours/theme, and avatar border, maybe some cool stuff for bloggers like get featured on header image slide show or in the background or maybe on start page and get noticed and functions like that for a small amount of money lasting a month witch goes to me and a Vip panel will apear to them for a month and when that month is over it disappear and their profilepage turns to default again but doesnt ruin it. *Reputation syste/achievments(earning badges): friendly reputation, social reputation, loved reputation, SALE reputation(Most important) and other reputations. *Search exactly like facebook, but when search with advanced it should have alot of filters, like male,female,singel,taken,from age, to age, location distance(drag line),etc.. *Photo/video galley, maybe better if you can? *Own custom made thin music player located at the footer fixed possion, and if you can make it look cooler go ahead. *3 types of chat, one private between friends, one for the whole website at the same time where they can choose their own text colour and font, and one for randomly rolled anonymous video matching chat (Like chat roulette). *Posts should be Rateable, up and down instead of like and dislike + share, attach files.. and the regular stuff. *Avatar's are important, people should be able to corp, and the look and size of the image shouldnt get ugly when you make it smaller or the opisit. *All the buttons should glow or transform but in a way it doesnt disturb or slow the page. *Responsive layout. when it comes to a specific phone size it gives a message asking if you wanna use the ap from the ap store or continue with the desktop responsive page. *When switching from social to sale, you get to the auction features, you can either buy or you can make your own sale. Just think about amazon and Ebay and make something like it, as close as possible if not even better. *Support forum. *Backend and admin panel should be the biggest work of all, i need it to include the whole website, all the small details. and it should be easy to navigate through.
