I have a client who needs to revamp his current website. There needs to be a CMS involved where the user visits the homepage signs up or logs into the cms. Select the template for advertising and enter the words. Then select the advertising package. The customer will then be taken to the payment page- Paypal, make the purchase and shortly after the package should be displayed. There needs to be a featured section on the webpages that displays the advertisements for those who have paid a special amount and for the smaller amounts paid, another section that is not as distinguished as the major buyers. We have the psd and css files already in place, we just need a cms constructed to be integrated with the psd and css.
