app design

I uploaded my App to Apple but it was denied because it wasn't designed well enough i need someone to redesign my app so it will live up to Itunes standards Its a simple picture taking APP its not that hard i just need maybe Four working screens. I will send you what i have you update it and I will send you the My codes i have so you can put it in your design and make sure it works. Heres what apple told me , - did not enable the user to complete one or more primary tasks or to achieve expected results - screens were crowded and/or laid out in a way that impeded task completion - included controls that were difficult to use due to size and/or placement
