Design an animated logo and static logo

I need someone to design an animated logo of a bull pulling a cart in blue color. I also need a static image with same cart and bull in different positions. Think about the animation as just few frames where first you see a bull pulling a cart in same background color and 1-2 seconds later a message appears at the bottom while on top bull keeps running. I will give all details to the winner. I need final deliverables in png format, avi format and all project files. I have done 3 projects on elance so bid carefully and do not try to rip and please put "bullanimation" in your bid so i know you read everything.
