Design a Business Branding Logo

I would like to have a Logo Designed for my business. My business name is " Divine Reflections". The color scheme I would like to use in the background is paint splatters with the primary colors Red, Blue , Yellow , Orange, Purple , Green (they don't have to be in any partictular order ).I want the background to look as if you dipped a paint brush in a bucket of paint and threw it towards the background leaving drips of paint splatters. The letters of Divine Reflection should be a mixture of all these colors and should be within a three ring oval shape highlighted in black as is it was circled three times with a pencile maybe.I want the name spelled Divine ReflEctions . The second letter "E" in "ReflEctions " should be Capital and backwards and should be in some type of italic cursive script that has a sort of bolder finish to it . No clip art .Original art work only . I must own all rights to the design once I have purchased it . Design needs to be web and print ready. FYI ......I love colors and abstract art. You must have a vivid imagination to create and be able to use your own judgement offer suggestions and feedback without altering my request too much . Thanks in advance!
