Dear Programmers/Designers,

The Task: Create an eBook and video CD cover for a "Sports Arbitrage Trading" guidebook.

What is Required: You have to design from scratch the (1) Box Cover, (2) eBook cover, (3) Video CD cover and (4) the full suite combination, and after which make it into 3D effect.

Format: PNG

Attached is a sample of something of what I need.
