Cartoon Character Logo for Game

We are an up and coming game-development company and we're currently working on a browser-based riddle game ([login to view URL]). As you can see from the website we are currently using a stock character as our "mascot" but we'd like someone to create a new character for us. The character should be a standard-looking detective (you know the type, similar to the one on our website), drawn in a cartoonish style, maybe with some slightly exaggerated features - head and hands with looking glass maybe? we're open to suggestions. End result should be a vector drawing so we can use it on other stationary. Since we're still in the start phases we won't be able to spend too much... just give us a quote and a sample of your work.
