Creative Event Stationary Concepts

We're seeking a talented graphic designer who can provide fresh and creative concepts in various styles for our client's events. Examples includes maps, stationary, invites, faux passports, and envelopes to name a few (see reference sample) Designer should have sufficient portfolio of work to review demonstrating creative strengths and styles. We are seeking a designer who can take direction, implement art direction, and produce results in an efficient manner with exceptional results. We're seeking to identify suitable designers whom we can work with; please identity hourly rate; each project will have a separate budget.
