Business Plan InDesign template and illustrations

I am writing a business plan and would like to have a great looking layout into which I can put my text. I would prefer a layout done in InDesign. I am also interested in illustration of some figures, including some simple biology-related renderings as well as some charts/graphs (these would be graphic representations of existing graphs). Ideally the layout would include placeholder text with design elements that will make my business plan really pop. There are several sections to the plan (including Executive Summary, Management, Technology, Market, etc.). There will also be a cover page, TOC, reference section, appendices and other elements. This is a work in progress so I need something that will allow for additions of pages or reinsertion of text into an existing layout structure. I would also like to work with someone on placement of graphic elements such as illustrations and graphs, and the total number of these is not known at this time. I would anticipate 10-20 illustrations/graphs. I would appreciate an estimate of time for accomplishing items (e.g. to re-do an existing graph, likely x amount of time, to do a layout template, x hours). Thank you.
