A Collectable Card Game

Hey, Artists What's Happening: I'm an amateur game designer and programer that doesn't know the first thing about creating graphical art. I'd like to partner with an amateur fantasy artist(s) in the creation and sales of one my games, a fantasy CCG based in the unique and vibrant mythologies of 20 cultures from around the world. I have nearly everything I need except for art, which is obviously a BIG step. I'm going to need a fair amount of art to get this project out the door and looking nice. Specifics: Ideally we would need at least 100 1 and 3/4" by 1 and 3/4" fantasy art drawings. We'll play to your strengths, but what I'm looking for generally is a more gritty (not necessarily at all dark, I mention because they're usually paired) style. Things I would like to avoid are hyper-cliched things such as all female characters being exceptionally busty, or all characters having what are culturally perfect model-bodies/facial features (not that that can't be true of some), or art that gets too little-kid cartooney). I will pay per image used an amount agreed upon via pm to come out of the profits, of which, I'll will give you 30% on the art of projects you've worked on.
