Copy of contents from an old website to a Joomla! new one.

I need to copy contents from an old website (HTML) to a new one (Joomla! 2.5). Website is in two languages : French & English I've counted 67 pages. (French + English = 67 pages) Freelancers who understand French and English will be greatly appreciated because of the website languages. ;-) Because I need a clean presentation of contents and pictures, a good skill in HTML is wanted. You will have editor access to joomla backend. You have to : - Copy and arrange existing contents from the old website to the new one. - Download pictures from the old website and upload to the new one. - Maybe crop or resize pictures if needed. - Download and upload files which are linked in the contents like PDFs, etc... - Create and organize menu items on the new website to reproduce the organization of the old one. - Adjust the languages of menu items and contents according to the Joomla way.
