I need a diabetic diet article, 5 to 10 pages in length(A4 paper size with font size 10 and font type in Times New Roman). The article should include how to plan a diabetic diet meal and should contain the following topics:
1) basic knowledge a diabetes patient should know about the food he/she takes, general misconcept, tips and etc...
2) how to cook and plan a diabetic diet meal? what to consider? how to calculate?and etc...
3) 20 diabetic recipes, if possible please related them to the above suggested meal plan. Recipes should not be include in the proposed total page length(5-10pages).
Biidder shoudl include $/page and $/Recipes in the bid(for example your bid can be $60 and you should notify me the break down as $6/page and $1.50/Recipes).

To be honest this is not normally the type of work our comapny tackles, but since I am also enrolled in the Nursing Program at the local college this project appeals to me. I have already talked to our designer about creating a nice layout for each page along with graphics for the layouts and he has agreed. I can get this project done probably in a week but will try to get it done sooner.

I can have the project done for you ASAP and I'm cheap. My work will be cut and dry since I don't really know anyone who is suffering from this. Coming from a family of diabetics (prevelant due to native american heritage) on both sides of my family, my nutritional education was geared toward the importance of controlling diabetes and the health issues related to it.
