It will need to include the following content: FOR THE FRONT: 1) Logo 2) 1300 YUMMY MUMMY 3) [login to view URL] FOR THE BACK: 1) Our Locations Leederville- 9201 1077 Woodvale- 9409 9662 Clovelly- 9665 8825 2) Several lines for appointments 3) "Please Remember When Making an Appointment: Our staff reserves a special time and a treatment room just for you. We often have to turn away clients because we are fully booked. For this reason, we require 24 hours notice to re-schedule appointments.
