Design a 12-page tourism Brochure for presentation of nature lodges

Scope: Design of 12 page booklet in 21x21cm + design of business card
Purpose of the project is to produce advertising and promotional material to acquire customers for a new tourism service www.nature-lodges.com.
The service will be to present selected eco lodges through a web page (not part of this project) and through a 21x21cm booklet.
The design tasks will have to be completed by 26 February.
Booklet
The booklet will have 12 pages in 21x21cm format.
The main part will consist of sample eco lodges presented in three different formats: 1 page per lodge, 2 pages per lodge, 4 pages per lodge. Lodges will be presented through pictures and textual [login to view URL] each type of presentation (1/2/4 pages) there should be two different layouts (arrangements of text & photos of the lodge) available to choose from).
Pictures in 300dpi and text will be provided.
The remaining pages will contain text explaining the benefits of the service.
Business card
Simple business card, no logo required.

Production of booklet: Successful customer acquisition provided, the final booklet is supposed to include 100 lodges, that is around 250 pages. Please state in your offer what will be your costs for providing layout services to me (per page).
