I need a Flash designer to develop an ad expandable flash banner for website ads space. It must to follow the website ad policy. The ad is promote a new phone highlighted feature with some basic animation. The designer can suggest me anythings on that ads. it's no limit for creative. (But must follow the ad policy) Below are Ad Specifications: Dimensions (W x H): 728 x 90 pixels File Size: Initial flash (SWF) size: 40kb max Polite download: Initial file size = 40kb. Total file size = 200kb (without video). 1MB (true video streaming only, progressive download must be on user click). Non user-initiated video NOT accepted Animation & Looping: 30 seconds max Expandable size: 728 x 300 max. Must expand DOWN only. *Will Provide more ad policy details.
