Creating one web banner ad concept and then applying that concept to 3 different sizes. The banners will be promoting [login to view URL] vinyl and vinyl cutter products. There will be 2 'frames' to the animated GIF, the 1st frame will focus on Heat Transfer Vinyl and the 2nd will focus on Vinyl Cutting machines. Milestone 1 (Due 9/7/2014) - Create a banner ad design in 300 x 250 pixel GIF format to spec (see below). Milestone 2 (Due 2 days after approval of milestone 1) - Apply that design to a 160 x 600 and 728 x 90 sized banner ad. Banner Specs - GIF format - All ads must have a border - The file size must be less than 45KB - Ads cannot animate for more than 30 seconds ----- SKILLS REQUIRED Photoshop WORK RIGHTS We retain full copyright and usage rights to all work. PAYMENT Payment upon completion via Freelancer system. CONTENT/MATERIALS Examples of previous banners and source images/messaging will be delivered via Dropbox at the beginning of the project. DELIVERABLES Final optimized GIF and original PSD files delivered upon completion of the project.
