Design 4 Banner Images

We need 4 banners, each 180 X 150.
They will be simple, easy-to-read... but colorful and 'glossy' to match our logo.
The 4 banners must say the following:
Banner #1: How it Works
Banner #2: JOIN TODAY!
Banner #3: Member Login
Banner #4: Live Chat
I want the logos to use the same color scheme and compliment each other, (but not be the EXACT same).
To give you an idea of layout, Banner #1 will be directly above Banner #2, on the left side of the web page. Banner #3 will be directly above Banner #4 on the right side of the web page.
The font should be the same on each and compliment our logo font.
We want each to have a colorful background (can be creative!), and colorful, 'glossy' words. No pictures, just words.
I've attached variations of our logo.
