Construction Company: Upgrade logo & add BizCard

We are a Real Estate (in fact, building) company in Brazil. We build stores, apartments, simple hangars, houses. Those are either sold or rented. Our name in portuguese is Montana, that goes for "Mountain". Our current logo is a little ugly and has no appeal at all. Time has come that we want to "upgrade it" to more MODERN standings. Current logo need really expert improvement, we need: - ***MODERN*** - CREATIVITY.. - BEAUTY and APPEAL - Free to redraw everything and just keep main idea... if it goes out good. - Logo should have WRITTEN somewhere: ---> Montana (MAIN PART: Company name) + ---> Construtora e Incorporadora (Means "Construction and Incorporation of buildings", in portuguese) Logo Colors: - If you can do it beautifully red on some spots, that would be great. Others would be grey and black. Deliverables: 1. LOGO 2. Business Card (Need to be able to edit name, e-mail and position) 3. Square symbol (can be a part of the logo, that will be used on small areas, e.g. Facebook square profile image) Files: - Original/HIGH Quality formats please (PNG, Photoshop,...).
