Banner needed, with animation flash or GIF

Hello, we need a banner designer, this is just the first job, more to come, it is a banner to be published in an important blog/forum. We sell electronics online (specially videogames and Apple products) the size is 768x80 and it will be animated, better if built in flash. We need a professional job, please show your previous jobs and the price you are asking for this job. will pay 100% after the job is done (after my last approval), it will not be paid until i am completely satisfied with the product.
