Banner Design

I need a background banner built so that I can lay my forms over for my website. I would like the colors to match the rest of the site. You can see the banner currently at [login to view URL] It is the top banner that reads "Speed is the source of emotions" The banner will be larger than what you see. The exact dimensions will be as follows: 673px wide x 400px heighth I will be placing the forms below it into a space in the banner. I would prefer the spot for the forms to be on the right, where the car is presently. I would like graphics to be car related. You are free to use your creativity to match the rest of the site and make suggestions. I like the following sites banner work. Please make the banners high resolution so they can be resized if neccesary I also need this in a fairly quick turn around, less than 48 hours. Thanks
