Create a Flash survey

I have an application that is not working the way that I want. Go to <[login to view URL]> There are 3 main components: 1) Click "Program Assessment" and complete the 25 questions (this will only take 1 minute). The questions are split into 5 groups (leadership, structure, etc.) and seem to be random, but are not. Then go to "Program Assessment Report" you will see the report. The chart reflects your replies to the questions. There are also 5 TIPS for each of the 5 groups. The TIPS section displays the 5 tips for the group that got the lowest score, and 3 tips for the next lowest group. 2) You can click on "Print" and should be able to print a nicely formatted copy. 3) DO NOT worry about the save feature. We do not need it. Everything works, but the Print and Save functions are a little awkward. I want something that is much more user firendly. 4) THIS MUST WORK ON THE WEB OR CD-ROM WITHOUT INSTALLING ANY FILES ON THE SUER'S COMPUTER AND WITHOUT ANY SECURITY OR ACTIVE X WARNINGS. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE6+ and Firefox
