I just need to convert my 30 second .AVI movie file to a Flash file, and then create a simple page that has the same template from my website to include the flash and have it play automatically. The output page with the flash movie has to be clear, quick to begin, and with a Width of atleast 600, and include a small replay button. The avi file can be found at [login to view URL]
