Actionscript Guru Required

We are looking for an expert level actionscript coder to work on an on-going basis with our development team. You will be closely supervised by our development team leader and will communicate over MSN Messenger or Skype. You must be available to work whole days and be able to communicate constantly during those days. You must be skilled in using flash and specifically actionscript and have excellent english. Please make your bid an hourly rate. Initially you will be interviewed to see if you meet the required standard. Afterwards you will be given a small project to see how well you go. We are interested in dealing directly with the individual who writes the code, we do not want to communicate through a middle man.
