Catering Website Development

I need a website created for a caterer that provides on and off premises catering, as well as party & event planning service, and rentals for all types of parties and events. The challenging part of the project is that the client would like the ability to update menu's, pricing and replace photos themselves. They will not have the ability to change the layout, but have the ability to format the text (i.e. bold, italics etc.). The equipment rental portion of it I assume will be database driven because items and pricing are all subject to change. Also a subscribe/unsubscribe mailing list. The website must be very classy, tasteful flash accents would be nice. I will need 3 demo index pages or screen shots of a design concept to present to the client. The server OS and DB are negotiable, can be Linux w/MySQL or Windows with MS SQL, i have access to both. Sorry same as project # 14929, i posted this with a more descriptive title.
