Calling Top Level Flash Gurus

Hello Bidders, A concept for a flash-based interactive website needs to be created. The concept design is for a software application developer which deals in the banking and financial industry. The idea is to show an environment of conference room where the demo of the software is being given at a client office (First European Bank; imaginary name). The conference room will have a projector screen, a white board, a LCD TV and the conference table. The table will have 5 boxes, which are the offerings of the product. At this point, only jpeg is required. The design needs to be done in 3D, which should be easily converted into a flash website, once the concept is approved by the client. Attached is the concept as a rough draft, and this needs to be done in a high quality.
