Demo NEEDED FOR MY WEBSITE!

Hi everyone, I am going to start with a new service on my website. However, I am looking forward to work with someone that will do a DEMO presentation of my service. It needs to be flash based. I am looking for a presentation along the lines of the following website:

Go to that URL and click on "Watch Demo" on the lower right corner. Have a look at the friendly characters that appear there. What I like in fact is how friendly the characters look and I also like that it clearly explains everything related to the service they provide without a 2 hour demo and that's why I am looking for something along those lines on my website.
In that way, the demo you do for me will clearly tell to my viewers what my service is all about... I can give you ideas of what I want for the demo but I am also open to suggestions.
My demo needs to be done about my One-On-One service:

The video doesn't need to pop up extravagantly like it does on Payoneer website, I just need to have an optimized .swf file with a good size (not so small), kind of like the size of the Payoneer demo.
I don't require that you are a voice talent but I do require you have a good and clear voice since your voice will also be on the Payoneer demo.
I need someone who will do a great job for me on this demo, not just some simple demo, i am looking for a professional work done. $75 is all I can pay! So if you have the time to devote to this project, please bid on it!
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
