Create 20 Animated Cartoon Characters OR 20 Animations

The end goal here is 20 animated short videos, around 30 seconds or so, with an animated character of me talking and one character each of another person doing something funny that is a caricature of something they might typically do. It will be like 20 mini comedy roast cartoons.
So here's the first option. Create 20 cartoon character packs for me based on real people. I will give you videos and pictures of each of these real people for your reference when creating the character packs. These should be usable in Flash and Toon Boom. I will use these character packs to create the animations.
Here's the second option. You just create the animations for me from scratch. I will give you the scripts and a basic rough storyboard description, and you can create 20 cartoons for me. You will have a bit of creative flexibility here. I can find sound clips to use for each or find someone to do voice impressions of each person. I think this will be a really fun project to work on for both of us.

Basically...very simple characters that are slight caricatures of the original people but still clearly recognizable.

I've been using the Alan animation pack in the second link for myself, because he looks a little like me in a flattering sort of way. You can use his character for me, or create your own to match your animation style. I can show you plenty of videos and pictures of me to help you on that part.
In order to be considered for this job, samples are absolutely necessary. Please provide me with examples of your work.
I'm looking to make this into a really fun project. Feel free to make any suggestions you might have. I will certainly take them into consideration, and creativity on your part could be the clincher that gets you the job. Price is certainly a factor in my decision on who to work with, but also quality, creativity, and whatever gets me to my desired result the easiest and the fastest will all be very important deciding factors.
Also, this will be used for a nice, big viral PR campaign, so the end goal is creating a ton of fast exposure in a really fun way, and I will be happy to give you referrals if you do a good job, because believe me, I will have a TON of people asking me how I did it. This will be a good opportunity to get your name out there on a project that could get some really big exposure from paying customers who will want to mimic this project, and you will certainly be able to demand much higher rates at that point from these clients, because I am in a niche market where people are willing to spend money. At the end of this project, I will have created a massive opt-in email list, and I can certainly send out an email to them that describes the service you did for me and gets you a ton of referrals. Just something to keep in mind.
If you're not looking for big exposure, that's okay too. It will make a good resume builder, and I will certainly send you more projects in the future if this one goes well.
