Create embedded player that I can use on my website to upload videos and to view them online. I need an option where people pay for the video and then view it and rate the video.

1. teachers upload videos and set a price (admin managed)

2. students can pay and view videos using an embedded player on our site

3. students must rate the videos after they view

4. students must invite more people
