Chibi Action Flash Game

I need a game designed somewhat similar to [url removed, login to view]

Basically the player must be able to control several characters thru levels and take down opponents on their way. The levels need to be designed with platforms and objects that the player must jump over / destroy etc.

The game must be designed so that it is extremely simple to add new playable characters and levels just as game settings must be easy to change (both code wise but also via menus for players).

The game must have a minimum of 4 playable characters to start with, the character graphics for these will be provided as an fla file that include movement and attack animations.

Opponents and NPCs must be designed and setup with movement and attacks that match the provided fla file (basically 1 movieclip per character with 1 frame per option that has another movieclip).

The game must be made with a super easy toturial level that guide the player thru everything the game has to offer before the real game starts.

Game plot;

Bad guy got his hands on an ancient powerful scroll, good guys must fight their way thru all levels to get it back.

Each level must have some type of "boss" at the end.

Game must have minimum 15 levels that each offer about 3-5 minutes of playtime in "easy" mode.

After completion new difficulties must be made available to make the game harder just as extra playable characters must be rescued during the levels to be activated.
