Character animation from Storyboard

Greetings Coder! I need an animation 2D in flash or in a any software you prefer, like toonboom or animate pro etc. I will provide you with the complete storyboard and illustrations, i just need someone to do a nice animation for me. I have the characters and backgrounds designed in all the poses. (vector files) I just need a good animator who can create realistic looking walkcycles etc... This wil be an easy and quick task for somone who knows what he is doing. Again, everything is already drawn i only need it animated. A couple of images are attached from the storyboard.
