Adjust Flash Video Player - Add button

I have a working flash video player that I need to make a slight modification to. We need to add a HQ video button to this player. When this button is pressed it will start playing a separate video file which will be passed through as a variable in the FlashVars. The button needs to have similar attributes to the rest of the buttons in the player such as controlling background colour. The button also has to align correctly to the right of the menu bar. I will provide current flash player source code so only action needed is to add a HQ video button. I have attached a copy of the current media players help file.
