Build Flex components for resale

I am looking for a freelancer to build many Flex components to be sold at flexdownloads.com. The deliverables will include a help file with complete documentation on how to use the component and should confirm to the uploaded guide liens at [login to view URL] (you will have to register and become a member to try an upload or just read there file uploading FAQ at http://www.flexdownloads.com/#view=uploadingfaq without registering. These are the components that I want to build with links to something similar. THESE SHOULD NOT BE BUILT IN FLASH...FLEX ONLY.
