372469 Flash picture change

I have a flash header which originally came from here: [login to view URL] and I have had some modifications done to it. Now I need to be able to change the picture that slides in from the right by specifying the picture file name in the flash embed code. The "We care about our clients" text animation can be removed. The rounded left edge of the picture should be created automatically, by overlaying the red color over the image that gets loaded. This way, the image won't have a border but will still have the rounded edge. I plan to select a winner in the next 5 hours and this needs to be completed within 15 hours from now.
