Build Flash site from PSD

I have a website designed in a PSD. Its a very simple flash site required that basically just moves around a huge background as the menu at the bottom of the screen is clicked. Also some buttons on the front page can lead you to pages of the website as well. The site needs to scale to all resolutions and one of the pages needs a small gallery navigation. Ive attached a pdf storyboard, some static example frames and a version of the large background file for more detail. Also attached is a quick version of the swf to better illustrate what I mean by how the site would move. All the text in the sections will need to be put in a real text not as part of the image. All elements will be available in the PSD (not attached)... Navigation must be between sections smoothly and the whole background should scroll to get to the new page as the menu item is clicked. If possible please paste some links in here to show me examples of other sites that do this so I know that you know what im talking about.
