I am an Android game developer, and have been working with flash and actionscript for 4+ years. I have a few games released on the Google Play store, and I have a couple projects in the making.
I have a confident grasp on Actionscript and the flash platform, and I am familiar with it's limitations. Programming for mobile devices, I understand the need for efficiency in games.
If nothing else, I can provide the classes and a simple structure necessary for an air hockey game to handle the simple AI and all collisions and behaviors necessary for a functional air hockey game, as I started an air hockey game (never finished) myself and most of the classes are already complete, very functional, and well-documented.
EDIT:
Thinking about this project, I have begun working with my existing files to create a very functional and independent framework for the game, as well as designing some graphics, and the AI should be complete in just a few more hours of work. I am building these classes in such a way that you may easily change numbers in the event that my own values are not what you want.
