I have learned and enhanced my skills on the use of MS Excel on two occasions: First, manufacturing work, since it required gathering of data and establishing an easy manner of presentation for the user. And second would be during my volunteer work under the Administration team in our ministry.
What I normally do is gather the necessary data and get to work. I ask the user what data they desire to see or analysis that they needed to include; for example, graphs or charts. Check it once or twice before sending to guarantee accuracy of the finished product.
