build a staff roster for drivers

I am wanting to solution for our driver rostering. We have about 30 drivers and about 16 runs / routes that need a driver assigned to them. Some runs / routes are 7 days a week and some are less. Certain drivers know certain runs and we need to ensure we are assigning a driver to a run that knows the run. We need to be able to easily identify if we have no driver assigned to a run that needs to go out, we also need to be able to easily identify if we have assigned a run to a driver who does not know that run. Sometimes we assign 2 drivers to one run for training purposes which is OK, but if we have assigned 3 drivers to one run that is a problem. It would be good if the roster could be available to our drivers via their smartphone and they are notified of changes / updates. In addition we have to assign trucks to drivers / runs as well so it would be good if we can incorporate this as well, we have 2 types of trucks that can do specific types of run I hope this makes some sense, I am new to this but will do all i can to answer any questions.
