I have about 12 A4 cardboard boxes and a trolley full of old folders containing information that i need scanned into a pdf.
Each folder contains 1 or 2 client's contact info, their basic contact details need to be entered into a spreadsheet.
Everything else in each folder just needs to be scanned into a pdf and stored digitally under the client name. Job needs to be done at our office, we have a large automatic scanner and computers available.
about (rough estimate, might be less) 30-40 clients per box
1) enter: name, phone, address, email (1min)
2) feed paper into automatic scanner (1min)
3) rename pdf to client name (<1min)
should be done in 5 days, (max 10 if you really take your time)
