Format international phone numbers in attached spreadsheet with 528 rows

I have a .csv file (spreadsheet) with 528 rows, where each row represents the information from a business card contact. The project is to go through each row and ensure that any phone numbers entered under column's G (phone work), H (Phone main) and I (Mobile number) are formatted correctly as detailed below. Column O tells you the country of the business contact.
