Church List - Data Manipulation

Hello, I was able to download the Church [login to view URL] file as well as the Churches.txt. I am assuming the other 2 source files (i.e. Church [login to view URL] and Church [login to view URL]) all contain data that are some how related to each other with the IDs. If you could pass those along that would be helpful. In addition, there additional text in front of each entry is something you add, or are there rules i could follow to automatically include them in the report? Please let me know if you have any questions.

I can do very well string manipulation and know advanced excel although only basic is necessary. I also know about relational databases design, which might be helpfull if tables are not equal on the files.
