We would like to have someone help develop an excel capacity planning tool, with individual sheets for each employee that rolls up to an aggregate for the whole team. Ideally it will be color coded automatically based on our preference. Additionally, we would like to have a visual representation of capacity for the whole team and by each individual team members. We would want team members to be able to quickly adjust their individual capacity and allow that to adjust the aggregate capacity spreadsheet, so the worksheets would need to have drop downs and be user friendly.

We want to be able to see at a glance from an individual team member level whether or not someone has capacity currently, forward projecting capacity and projections of what we think maximum capacity from a team and individual level might look like.
