Assist with Build and Editing of Microsoft Access Database

Hi, I am looking for a guru with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. I have built a basic Database in Access and I would now like some help to build queries and reports based on the data that has been imported and updated. This work will include random requests but is most likely to include: 1) Cross Matching Records from Multiple Tables in Access 2) Building multiple Unique Queries in Access 3) Exporting of Queries Reports into Graphical Formats or excel 4) Translating some lookups from excel into access 5) Cross matching records with data crawls and images from a third party The purpose of this database is to examine real estate sales and provide reporting in detail. It is estimated that some of this work will be ongoing in a very small way. It would be ideal to set up a project budget for the initial needs, and then a bucket of hours to draw down on or an ongoing rate for ad-hoc request. I do not anticipate that the main tasks should take any more than 5 to 10 hours.
