Ok, so I am an engineer who does freelancing for the challenge. I have Extensive coding experience in VBA, Python, Java, Delphi, ASP, and have worked in petrochem industry (in Nigeria too). It looks like you want to parse data and then analyse it. I have a stats degree major too, so not sure if that will put your mind at ease.
