Assistance - Excel Add-in Installer

Hi, I need some help ASAP. I am working with an Excel Add-In project in Visual Studio 2010. The Add-In is working fine. But my Client wants the installer (msi) to be distributed over shared network (Group Policy Object). The installer is throwing errors while accessed over shared network. I need the installer to be designed with optimum parameters to overcome the situation.I will send the project folder to the winning bidder who will deliver me the installer msi along with the project folder mentioning all the changes made. NOTE : I'll clear the milestone only after getting green signal from my client. Further support may be required if my client faces any problem to install the MSI. Please don't bid if you are not agree with this condition. I understand that it is a simple project for an experienced freelancer having requisite software. My budget is around $20.
