Dear Sir/Madam, I Have been working on FPGA(VHDL) since last 3 years. Now i have also worked on Spartan 3E board. I have implemented various algorithms and implemented various protocols on Spartan 3E board and tested also. I have been working on Altera Proasic Kit now in VHDL board.

I will be right choiseöfor this project because i did some watch dog timers designs and this will be easy for me. I will design it to work with real time resonator 32738 hz. The other way to clock it wil be frequency devider from 50mhz to 32738 hz. but this way it will be shift by time.
