Hello, I am interested in helping you finding your supplier. Several details must be considered before such as target price per part, budget (are you willing to invest in injection moulding tools?), how big is your initial planned volume? I have mostly experience in product design for the automotive industry and I currently work as a designer in an automotive company full time, as I only do freelancing as a part time activity I am only available to work in your project a couple of hour per day. I speak fluent English and have sourcing for manufacturing experience in Mexico and China.

Hello, My name is Ignacio and I have been using 3D CAD tools for the last 6 years, and on a daily basis for the last 2. I work as a project engineer in the engine development group at Caterpillar, and despite being among the youngest in the department I have been put in charge of the most complex and challenging components. I usually prefer to use Siemens UG because I have found it to be more versatile and powerful than other software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, however I am proficient in all of them and can deliver the modeled components in whichever format you desire. My experience includes component innovation and design having filed 2 engine related patents during my short 1.5 years at Caterpillar. I am extremely proficient with analytical tools such as FE analysis and CFD simulations. I am currently in the process of transitioning from my job to graduate school since I will be pursuing my Masters in Mechanical Engineering at Berkeley next Fall. Therefore I have ample time to work on this project and any future projects you may have and deliver everything in record time. I can also set-up webex conference's so that you get a chance so see how the model is looking and I can make any changes as we go, minimizing idle time due to e-mail communication.
