Creating Ad Space and bbpress Forum for Existing Wordpress Site

In need of a developer to help with some minor adjustments ot a current wordpress site and setup of a bbpress forum.
We are requesting an estimate to add the 3 add spaces to our current site ([url removed, login to view]) as well as replacing the current header with one of our own.
We also are looking for someone who can create a simple bbpress forum to work in conjunction with our wordpress site.
Lastly we will likely need help migrating the woprdpress and forum sites to our host provider phpfog.com.
