CS-Cart fixes

We have a few small problems with our cs-cart website. Firstly, our shipping is correct on the cs-cart site, but once you submit the bid and are redirected to paypals site, the shipping cost is increased. Always by the same amount (£2.95) It seems as if a miscellaneous tax or additional amount is being added every time. The other problem we have is that the shipping costs do not show up on the invoice the customer receives. Need this fixed very quickly, so any questions, just ask. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform cs cart
